Fee Structure

Fees are set at 25% of the Candidate's first-year gross base salary for the agreed role, invoiced in three stages:

• Search Fee (on instruction) — one third of the total fee, based on assumed remuneration. This fee is non-refundable.
• Shortlist Fee (on shortlist presentation) — one third of the total fee, based on assumed remuneration
• Completion Fee (on written acceptance) — the remaining balance, adjusted to reflect actual remuneration offered

Where a second Placement results from the same Search mandate, a separate fee of 20% of first-year remuneration applies.

Payment Terms

Three invoices are issued across the engagement. The Search Fee and Shortlist Fee invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt. The Completion Fee invoice is payable within 7 days of the Candidate's start date.

Replacement Guarantee

If an Engagement is terminated within the first 6 months for any reason other than redundancy or corporate restructuring, Innotech will use best efforts to provide a replacement Candidate within 12 weeks. For VP and CxO level appointments, this guarantee extends to 12 months.

To qualify, the Client must notify Innotech within 7 days of termination and grant Innotech exclusive replacement rights during that period. A refund is only considered if no suitable replacement is found within the designated period.

Introduction Period

If a Candidate introduced by Innotech is referred to a third party and subsequently engaged, the Client remains responsible for the Introduction Fee.
