It is a diagnostic conversation. Blair will ask questions about the commercial stage your business is at, the specific challenge the hire needs to solve, and what has or has not worked in previous searches. You will ask whatever you need to ask.
At the end of thirty minutes one of three things will be true: this is clearly the right engagement and we agree next steps, this is clearly not the right engagement and Blair will tell you who might be better placed to help, or you need more time to decide and that is fine too.
There is no obligation beyond the conversation itself.
